FastBack 2006 LT (Lite) is meant for "home use" and everywhere you need to take backup manual. The first time you run FastBack 2006, it searches for the most important documents you may need backup of. The program finds your mail, ("Outlook Express" and/or "Microsoft Outlook") and the folder "My Documents" and "Favorites". This makes it easy for those with less experience to manage backups of important files and mail. Of cause you can add new, or delete files from the backup-task list. For safety reasons, the program search for another hard disk where to save the backup, so the backup-file will remain safe if your original disk should break down. FastBack 2006 Professional This version is developed for computer-servers or for people who needs to take advanced backups. In addition to the same functions as Lite-Version, you may for example set FastBack Pro to automatic run a scheduler to make backup of files and documents when ever you want. FastBack Pro can also transfer a copy of your backup to an ftp-server. If you have the responsibility of taking backup from different companies, then you can let FastBack Pro transfer those directly to your own ftp-server. Take backup of your "Homepage". FastBack Pro can also take backup of an ftp-server. This is an useful function for everyone who makes their "Homepages" directly on an Internet-server. Different from other ftp-programs, you can not only choose when FastBack Pro shall start the backup, but you can also choose which files and even filetypes.
